Chairperson: Dot Beaver
This is a ministry that serves as support to the Council and other ministries by causing to be prepared and hosting gatherings of a reception or meal-realed function, generally centered in the fellowship hall. Also assists families with funeral receptions that are held here at the church. Crucial to the success of this ministry is the participation of volunteers who aid in the set-up and take-down of the event.
